Dance Teacher Needed

Showcase Dance is looking to hire 2-5 responsible instructors for the upcoming 2024-2025 dance season.

Dance Studio looking to hire 2-3 experienced instructors for the upcoming summer and 2015-2016 season.

Job would include: Teaching 1-3 weekdays (very flexible on scheduling)

Competition or Recreational Instructors needed.

Working with ages anywhere from 3-15 in styles that may include: tap, jazz, hip-hop, ballet, lyrical, contemporary and musical theater.

Choreographing pieces from small groups to productions (40+ dancers) to solos/duos/trios.

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of competitive or recreational dance teaching experience

Strong recommendations and references, also examples of choreography

Punctuality and responsibility

Ability to work collaboratively

Strong communication & organizational skills

Strong work ethic and dedication to your job

Energetic, outgoing and positive personality

Devotion to technique, cleanliness of routines and promoting team work

Knowledge of dance terminology and proper technique

Ability to teach acro/gymnastics skills is a PLUS
