The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated machinery, automation manufacturing, and industrial machinery manufacturing. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain control systems for automated machinery and industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with control systems and implement solutions to optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of control systems into manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of control systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide technical support and training to production teams to ensure efficient and effective use of control systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in control systems technology to continuously improve processes and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing control systems for automated machinery and industrial equipment
- Strong knowledge of automation manufacturing and industrial machinery manufacturing
- Experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and motion control systems
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards for control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with control systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
