Commercial Construction/ Building Maintenance Company looking for someone to do commercial property buildouts, repairs, and general maintenance. Must have general knowledge of wood and steel stud framing, drywalling, taping, painting, flooring, finish work, acoustical ceiling work, commercial & residential door installation, and door hardware installation. General knowledge in building maintenance such as light plumbing, light electrical, HVAC, troubleshooting, & basic repairs a plus but not necessary as training will be provided.
