-affiliation with a nationally known establishment

Single booth & stylist essentials:

$725/MONTH

Includes everything that comes with a single booth rental PLUS:

-your choice of 5 styling tools (salon quality curling and flat irons in various sizes, hand held hair dryer, pressing comb, hair clippers)

-two orders of any 3 hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, hairsprays, adhesives, heat protectors, dye, bleach/developer) per MONTH

-your choice of 30 miscellaneous styling tools (hair clips, brushes, combs, bottles, hand held mirrors, mixing bowls and brushes, plastic caps, foil, crochet pins, sewing needles, hair pliers, nylon and cotton hair thread, bobby pins, pin curl clips, rollers, flexi-rods, mannequin heads and tripod, ring light, lashes, adhesive accelerator, tweezers, eye pads, lash wands, fans, styling aprons and capes)

Lease agreement is MONTH TO MONTH with 15 day ADVANCE NOTICE needed for termination. Non-refundable security deposit (one month's rent) and orientation completion, and lease signing required for move-in. Rent can be paid bi-weekly or monthly in the form of cash, card or from a bank account.
