SR. HRIS Analyst
- Proficient with core HCM (Benefits & Absence)
- Implementation a plus
- Leads production support, including researching and resolving problems or unexpected data results, for all HR technologies to ensure data integrity and compliance. Ensure Workday Tickets are assigned and completed in a timely manner.
- Participate in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades, or HR systems configuration projects and enhancements; collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of such changes and document processes, procedures, and testing results accordingly.
- Support the deployment of Workday's new features and functionalities
- Responsible for the integrity of the organization structure in the system and audit frequently for accuracy and correctness.
- Create, edit, and configure reports for all functional areas. Schedule reports to system users as needed.
- Support legal compliance reporting and requirements; develop and maintain reporting and compliance capabilities for EEO and AAP reporting requirements.
- Responsible to create and validate EIB Mass loads for all functional areas including, compensations changes, acquisitions, absence override balances etc.
- Responsible for running any manual integrations, as necessary.
- Ability to apply HR functional knowledge to the HRIS environment to improve business processes and procedures.
- Act as subject matter expert and provide functional support for Workday configuration in HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advance Compensation, Absence, Security, Talent and Recruiting.
- Monitors HCM user access and performs security audits. Tests security classes when modifying existing classes are needed or for new security class requests.
- Serves as a backup resource to other coworkers to ensure coverage is maintained in HRIS, as identified on a periodic basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field with 4-6 years of related experience including 1-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Working knowledge and understanding of Workday practices
- SME in the following Workday areas: HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advance Compensation, Absence, Security, Recruiting, Reporting and Talent.
- Knowledgeable in Payroll and HR processes and data
- Knowledge of database design, structure, functions, processes, and database tools
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using reporting functions and using report writing tools
- Strong customer service skills; excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Travel Required: 10%
