• T-SQL -10
• Experience engaging in business process analysis, understanding the customer's business process requirements, and capable of translating those business requirements into business and technical documentation and specifications. - 10
• Experience with system testing and data analysis, which includes creating and running SQL Queries to validate system results. -10
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. -10
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically. -10

Job descriptionThe Analyst will perform a combination of both Business Analyst duties working with technical staff and business stakeholders, along with SQL data analysis using a relational database management system (SQL Server). Work with and serve as liaison between management and business units within the department, external stakeholders, developers, QA analysts, DBA, and scrum master to identify and analyze opportunities for improving processes, data, and business systems.
