Description Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager. This long-term contract opportunity is based in the Troy, Michigan area. As Senior Project Manager, you could manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. As a key member of the team, the chosen candidate will need to ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Apply today!ResponsibilitiesCreation, Oversight, Management of Project Plans, Schedules, Timelines, and DeliverablesManagement and Reporting of Project Portfolio, and Budget MaintenanceRisk Mitigation, Identification, and Conflict/ResolutionLead Meetings, and set expectations for Project Team to ensure Projects are on track, team and key stakeholders are aligned, and projects are delivered on timeWork with key stakeholders and leadership to meet business requirements, and project deliverables that align with the organizations long term strategic goals and objectives Requirements - Minimum of 7+ years of relevant Project Management experience in an Agile Environment- Microsoft Project experience and Smartsheet experience- Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies, and ability to meet deadlines- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight- Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures, strong with conflict/resolution ability to resolve issues quickly- Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well- Applicants with a Project Management (PMP) certification are preferred.-PMO experience supporting in the Healthcare industry is a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
