Role
· Enroll the clinic’s Chronic Care Patients in Remote Patient Monitoring program under the supervision of Dr/RN. Educate them about the usage of devices such as Blood Pressure Monitors, Weighing Scales and assist them in taking their first reading at the clinic
· Manage the inventory at the clinic and work as a team to support the clinic enrollment
· Assist the clinic staff in the pre-authorization of patients when required
· Comfortable with technology, support in upgrading the devices, and resolving common technical issues with the help of a technical specialist
· Use appropriate community resources to provide preventive health and disease management education
Qualification
· High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or 1 or 2 years of post-high school education or a degree from a two-year college.
· Experience as Medical Assistant for more than 2-3 years or worked in Home Care Services
· Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (Preferred)
- Speaking Arabic is a plus

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
