Maintenance Position $17/hour

FULL TIME Maintenance, apartment prep, and cleaning position for an apartment community in Gibraltar.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Turning and painting vacant units. Cleaning the unit, including walls, ceilings, cabinets, appliances, bathrooms, windows, blinds, etc.

Light electricalChange out switches, plugs, and light fixtures.

Light plumbing Change out sinks/faucets.

Pickup grounds daily.

Help clear snow from porches, sidewalks and parking lot.

Job Requirements:

Must have own transportation

Must have valid drivers license

Must have own tools. Common hand tools like hammer, screwdrivers, pliers and drill

Must have a good attitude and the ability to listen to and follow instructions.

Pay starting at $17.00/hour.

NOT an onsite position.
