Maintenance Position

Maintenance, landscaping, home prep, and cleaning position for a Manufactured Housing Community in Flint.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Turning and painting vacant units.

Cleaning the unit, including walls, ceilings, cabinets, appliances, bathrooms, etc.

ElectricalChange out switches, plugs, and light fixtures.

Plumbing Change out sinks/faucets.

General Labor Drywall, install flooring, general landscaping.

Pickup grounds daily.

Help clear snow from porches, sidewalks and parking lot.

Job Requirements:

Must have own transportation

Must have a good attitude and the ability to listen to and follow instructions.

Pay and bonus depend on experience. We can discuss various options for the right person.
