RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead AV Technology and Event Specialist in Warren, MI.Duties: Lead AV Technology and Event Specialist will be responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, inventorying, and maintaining display and audio systems in approximately 50+ conference rooms and 90+ mobile TV carts Support emergency AV assistance in conference rooms and meeting spaces Equipment that you will be expected to troubleshoot includes video projectors, audio systems, TV equipment (Samsung, LG, NEC), mobile TV carts, high end projection systems Assist in the behind the scenes running of live events in our state-of-the-art presentation facility for critical Design Reviews and Media Events Performance and behaviors that align with support of Senior Leadership Events as the lead support Live AV production staff Troubleshooting audio, video and other problems that will arise while presentations are happening Maintain image and audio quality of all conference room and mobile TV cart equipment As a Lead AV Technology and Event Specialist, you will assist in auditorium setup, rehearsals, live audio/video support and equipment teardown for meetings Run the audio board for live events (vintage) Functional operation and troubleshooting of dome A/V Asset Management: Inventory (Capital, Repair, etc.), Maintenance and Disposal Daily AV requests, emergency AV calls Light Project Management Adjust work hours to align with dynamic needs of presentations, events, and AV supportREQUIREMENTS: An excellent operational understanding of digital audio mixing boards is a must Political Savviness Extensive experience running a Yamaha CL3 audio board or equivalent at live events Knowledgeable with AV switching and routing systems Excellent A/V trouble shooting skills with any AV issues Can work under pressure and flexible hours as needed to help support auditorium shows Excellent people skills Always professional when working with people A calm demeanor under stressful situations Be able to effectively communicate information to people Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Well-developed oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently with little direction or with a group of people Able to work in a very creative and dynamic environment that objectives change frequently Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
