Job DetailsAs an IT Engineer you will be responsible for new deployments, assessments, upgrades, consulting, and break fix. In addition to project work, assisting with trouble tickets.Successful candidates should have the knowledge and skills required for installing and supporting environments that include Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Wireless, and Security. Technical Requirements Professional level knowledge with minimum 4 years of experience with configuration, troubleshooting and administration of the following:• Cisco routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, HSRP)• Cisco Firepower /ASA - experience with other firewall vendors a plus• VPN technologies including IPSec and SSL on Cisco ASA and IOS• Windows Server experience• Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Azure • Physical layer troubleshooting, including T1/PRI, T3, and Ethernet• Network Virtualization skills including Cisco MDS, 1000V• Experience in other data center technologies (i.e. virtualization, storage, servers, active directory) Certification Requirements• CCNA Enterprise or CCNA Security or equivalent experience required Non-Technical Requirements• Ability to communicate and work closely as a team with Project Management, NOC Analyst, Account Executives and Practice Leads.• Work independently and exercise reasonable judgement with little supervision while providing clear evidence and results of activities and accomplishments.• Ability to participate in Peer Review process when assigned by providing timely and accurate feedback on Statements of WorkInterested in hearing more?
