Job DetailsWe are seeking a Permanent Industrial Products Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in Thermal Production, or Cooling Systems, and New Product Development (NPD).Responsibilities:

• Develop and design thermal energy systems, including solar/thermal production and battery energy storage systems.
• Provide technical support to sales engineers and business applications development teams.
• Work with commercial and design teams to develop BOMs.
• Support with identifying opportunities for new product development.
• Work with the the business development team to come up with customer strategies and future product plans.
• Work on projects related to the automotive industry and electric power motors.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in an engineering role
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Thermal systems, cooling, or HVAC.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• BEV Automotive or related experience
