We are now hiring experienced Line Cooks for our morning, afternoon, and Night shifts (must have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at full service restaurants making plates from scratch. NOT FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE). If you do not have previous Breakfast/ diner/ coney/ or line lead experience, in a high volume capacity please do not apply as this is a Required Experienced position we are looking to fill.
Line cook is responsible for all of the day to day kitchen requirements including prep, line setup, cook to order breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, and clean up. The ideal candidate is reliable, responsible, on time, and a team player who is loyal and hard working and capable of building a team around them. This is a full time position at a high volume Dearborn Location on Michigan Ave but we can be flexible with days and hours throughout the week. The restaurant hours of operation are 7am -8pm. The family has several nearby locations as well and can give additional hours to anyone who is serious about working hard and likes long hours. The pay is based on experience and capability but the hours available are extensive. Anyone willing to put in time and capable of hard work can make a good living.
