PDW Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full Time Automotive Technicians for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. Automotive Technicians will be working on experimental prototype builds as well as retro-fits. This Full Time Automotive Technician position offers an AM Day shift, PM Night shifts + possible overtime and is based out of Romeo, MI. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Full Time Automotive Technicians position below are strongly encouraged to apply. Day shift, Night shift, plus possible overtime available.

Shift:

AM Day shift: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (Rotating schedule and days)

o Must be willing to work 12-hour days, 3-4 days/week

o Must be able and willing to work every other weekend

PM Night shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (Rotating schedule and days)

o Must be willing to work 12-hour days, 3-4 days/week

o Must be able and willing to work every other weekend

Pay:

AM Shift: $19.00 to $25.00/hr. (Depending on Experience)

PM Shift: $19.00 to $21.00/hr. (Depending on Experience)

Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 3 years' automotive technician / mechanic experience or equivalent military experience

Must have own tools with rolling toolbox

Must have well rounded technician / mechanical experience and knowledge

Must have good organizational skills

Must have good attention to detail

Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures

Must be an automotive technician / mechanic with a high level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn

Must have reliable attendance and the willingness to work overtime/weekends

Preferred Skills:

Ford experience

State/ASE certifications

Prototype build technician / mechanic experience
