Director of Service & Hospitality Position

The Director of Service & Hospitality achieves business objectives and leads the service team towards consistent excellence in achieving business objectives. Builds and maintains every aspect of service. Executes the vision for service in alignment with the vision for the restaurant and continuously refines service as we develop each concept. Oversees the training and development of all team members responsible for servicing our guests, including management, supervisors, service staff, and the carry out team. Continuously evaluates the progression of every team member’s trajectory and pours into their development by being in-tune with their performance, constantly coaching and guiding throughout every shift. Ensures we have all the tools and resources we need to deliver on excellent service.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the weekly Operations Meetings. Host additional meetings with key stakeholders for each department to ensure momentum toward our goals and accomplishments are happening.

Oversee monthly inventory for Front of House.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to strategize long-term planning for The Dixboro Project.

Pay close attention to detail on ambiance and building cleanliness and organization (both guest-facing and employee-facing). Coaching others to do the same.

Seek out experiences to gain more knowledge and observe services at other establishments.

Key player in liasioning bar, beverage, and wine towards business goals and objectives.
