Customer Service & Administrative Assistant:

The Customer Service representative is responsible for all customer relations. The position includes answering the telephone, providing proposals, working with clients to schedule services, answer questions, and assist in resolving issues. To be successful in this role, candidates should have a professional, positive demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Working as a liaison between clients and the management team requires organization and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Initial contact with customers via telephone in a professional manner representing the company values and quality standards.

Data Entry, Scheduling, and Dispatching in service software, Service Autopilot.

Creating, organizing, and maintaining customer files.

Scheduling and managing Maintenance Services.

Creating and filing completion reports & ensuring completion and accuracy of state required chemical reports.

Manage customer service email accounts.

Arrange and process customer payments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Courteous and able to maintain professional appearance and manner.

Demonstrated ability to treat confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Ability to gracefully multitask with deadlines and frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment.

Intuitive and comfortable taking initiative.

Ability to be self-directed, work independently, and as part of a team.

Organized and detail oriented.

Ability to learn responsibilities quickly and develop operations and procedures.

Able to meet deadlines without supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Service Autopilot and other PC-based applications
