Construction Laborer (Full Time)

Construction company seeking to fill a laborer position. We do both new construction and renovations, almost exclusively on multifamily properties (apartments), and mostly in the Detroit metro tri-county area.

This position is for full time, 40 hour/week employment. The position requires reliable transportation / the ability to consistently get to work daily and on time (no excuses). The position also requires the ability to lift 50lbs, as well as a good attitude and willingness to work in a team and learn.

Typical job responsibilities for this position are staging materials for carpenters and other workers, hauling debris from the work area to dumpsters, demolition and cleanup.

After a laborer has proven themselves, and if the laborer is willing and able, we also are happy to train our laborers for higher positions with better pay. We require a background check to screen for violent felonies or crimes involving fraud, etc.
