Opportunity for talented salespersons seeking the next challenge. You have prior success selling high-ticket business services to managers of Class A office buildings, retail centers, universities, hospitals, etc. in a competitive market. You have experience finding and closing new opportunities, strong closing skills, and building relationships. You should be a high achiever who thrives working without supervision.
Experience with construction, facility services, or exterior maintenance is helpful but not required. Must be willing to work out of the branch office in the Kalamazoo, MI area with local travel as required. You must have prior earnings of at least $80,000, living in a CRM system that you create, and seeking the next level of success.
