911 Restoration is a trusted property damage restoration company serving customers across the nation. This location primarily serves portions of Oakland and Macomb counties, we help home and business owners return their property to its original condition. We believe in being an asset for homeowners and provide a fresh start to their home when disaster strikes. We primarily focus on water, fire, mold, wind damage and reconstruction. Our team is fully IICRC-certified.

The business development representative will be responsible for growing the referral base through marketing campaigns and serve as an industry resource for our current referral networks. The business development representative is a “hunter” type role and will need to seek and close potential clients and referral sources. This position's goal will also to be to consistently bring on 25 new referral relationships weekly. Candidate must be able to converse with insurance adjusters, property managers, property owners and internal staff.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (basic salary + high commissions)

Previous sales experience in a "hunter role", where prospecting is a critical factor.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to persuade and influence others.

Ability to develop and deliver presentations.

Track record of exceeding sales goals.

Solid reading, writing, and math skills.

Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Possession and maintenance of a valid state driver's license and a safe driving record.

Must have a reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred)

Work requires significant local travel.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.

3+ years' experience in B2B sales.

Experience in implementing marketing and sales programs, preferred.

Experience in restoration, insurance or construction

Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment.

Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.

Industry knowledge (Emergency Service or Home Improvement strongly preferred)

Previous experience using a CRM platform required
