Job Details

• Develop reliable metrics for hardware, software and storage while ensuring strategic capacity planning
• Oversee the operation of computer, hardware, software and server systems
• Implement strategies to ensure systems that can meet capacity requirements and service level agreements
• Oversee all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance, and governance of the organization's privacy policies following applicable federal and state laws
• Identify security vulnerabilities and eliminate them with strategic solutions that increase data safety

Must Haves/Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, information systems, or similar field
• 12+ years of relevant experience, specifically in the biotech, pharma, life sciences industries
• The ability to work cross functionally across several departments and develop strong working relationships across the company
• Extensive experience in IT systems, networks, and cloud based systems
• Strong people skills and the ability to successfully manage a team
