Registered Nurse (RN)

Salary is $70k. Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week. No Nights, No Weekends, No Beeper.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This RN is responsible for completing initial and subsequent clinical eligibility assessments for MassHealth consumers placed in nursing facilities within Springwell’s catchment area. The RN is an educator and advocate for consumers in identifying and obtaining services. The RN will case conference with Springwell care managers, nursing facility staff, physicians, and other community professionals to promote person-centered care planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

Current, Active, Unrestricted License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts.

Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, Associates of Science degree in Nursing or Diploma RN

At least one year clinical experience and/or nursing in the community or long-term care setting. A diploma RN must have 2 additional years of experience.

A reliable car, current driver's license and safe driving record required.
