Quality Control Analyst

We are searching for a Quality Control Analyst for our established CNC machine shop. This job requires an experienced mechanical analyst to inspect and check the quality of incoming and outgoing materials and products, as well as the in process and ongoing production parts we make. This job involves measuring and documenting the results for machined parts using micrometers, calipers, digital height gages, along with other inspection equipment.

Job Qualifications:

Quality Control: 2 years (Required)

Manufacturing Environment: 2 years (Required)

Job Responsibilities:

-Inspect in-process & finished machined products using verniers, micrometers, electronic height gages, bore gages, pins, etc.

-Verify parts from machine set ups before machining continues.

-Inspect incoming materials for conformance to purchase order requirements.

-Checking and controlling, in-process and final inspections and needed documentation to meet all job requirements.

-Work from customer drawings/specifications, mil-specifications, prints, sketches, work order routing forms, acceptance/rejection forms and verbal/written instructions from supervisor.

-Ability to use and program a Fowler Mark 2 CMM with Fusion or Aberlink software is preferred, ability to learn is required.

-Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.

-Understanding of geometric tolerancing and AS9100 is expected.
