job summary:

• We are looking for a Project Manager to be part of the Centralization of Tax processes & Controls Program.
• The work streams will cover all products & entities supported by
• Global Markets Operations LOBs and Global Banking and Payment Operations.
• The individual will be responsible for projects specific to Global Banking and Global Markets Tax Centralization.
• Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing future-state approaches and facilitating implementation.
• Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative execution and control. Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles.
• Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decision-making processes.
• Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan.

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Project Manage the work stream, including coordination of activities across all Global Markets Operations LOBs and Global Banking Operations.
• Business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
• Drive process/solutions that benefit both Global Markets and Global Banking Operations
• Maintain the cross organizational project plan and provide escalation to the appropriate teams
• Manage key stakeholder updates and ensure appropriate project governance
• Drive execution of the project plan and ensure accountability across the organization
• Track and communicate delivery status
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Adhere to enterprise change management standards
• Work with end users to define functional requirements and prepare User Acceptance Testing
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing execution and Production parallel activities

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects to plan and on budget.
• Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at different levels
• Knowledge of structured project management methods such as PRINCE2
• Experience of requirements gathering and test preparation
• Experience of working in Financial Services
