Summary:As part of our transformational efforts, we are working on improving our Ambulatory

operations. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager that has very deep knowledge and experience with Consult Referrals. COVID has impacted consult referrals, they are currently not capturing the entire transaction cycle ( back-office workflow, documentation, recorded correctly, linked to a physician(s), how it's submitted for reimbursement, etc. Need better optimization using

EPIC The expertise/ work of the PM will give referrals to a revenue stream that will help 100+ clinics. Demonstrate how referrals and the deployment of a workflow of Consult Referrals will improve revenue stream.

Qualifications:
  • Must have the mindset of how to navigate, what's the risk log, apply the tools of the trade.
  • 7-10 yrs experience Project Management
  • PMP nice to have but not mandatory
  • Ambulatory redesign, deployment, clinical optimization, outpatient workflow
  • Deep understanding of EPIC
  • Deep Consult Referral experience
