Requirements:- 5 or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Experience in Human Resources and Payroll applications and processes.
- Experience with OBIEE and BI Publisher
- Experience with Microsoft SQL.
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall, Scrum Methodology.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Design and construct state process flows and requirements with stakeholders.
- Work as a bridge between stakeholders and business.
- Conduct end-to-end testing and recognize defects prior to migration.
- Head project tasks and plans and align them with the scope, timeframe, and quality.
- Recognize and access errors and dependencies and communicate them while providing suggestions.
- Perpetuate and share knowledge of project methods and practices to the team.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
