Part-Time Security Officers (Unarmed)

Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc. is seeking highly motivated and experienced Security Officers to join our team. We are a rapidly expanding family-owned and operated private security company seeking qualified officers to work as unarmed security officers in Greater Boston area including Somerville, Cambridge, Everett, and Malden.

Alliance has a manned 24/7 dispatch center with a Supervisor on duty at all times of the day. These positions offer excellent starting salaries for qualified candidates. We have all 3 shifts available, especially overnight shifts (11:00pm - 7:00am as well as weekend positions).

REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable transportation to and from work

Personal cell phone/Personal e-mail

Current/Valid MA driver's license

Strong communication skills

Command presence

Report writing capabilities

Flexible work availability

Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check

Pass a drug screening

High School diploma or equivalent

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

Maintain access control to a secure facility

Maintain a fully accurate log during your shift

Report Writing/Incident Reporting

Conflict management/resolution

Emergency/Incident Response
