Paralegal PROJECT NAME: Reviewing and Updating Contract Agreements to our Document Management Technology ToolThe project involves the following:The broker-dealer of - has approximately 500 selling agreements in place with various product sponsors that we load onto a document management technology tool called LinkSquares.We need a paralegal temporary to go through the agreements on-line - and determine how many are fully executed with all signatures in place and how many are missing signatures, etc.We then need that paralegal to reach out to the applicable product sponsor and get the fully executed version to upload into the database.At the same time, we need that paralegal to work with the 3 product managers for 1) Investment Products; 2) Retail Annuities and 3) Group Retirement to make sure that we have a selling agreement in place on LinkSquares for every product sold in the system.The same step also applies to Servicing Agreements.We also need a section identified and indexed for NDA agreements as wellLastly, we need the paralegal temp - to assist in putting the appropriate index / table of contents together - so that various users (including Legal, Compliance and Oversight partners) may inquire into the contract database as well.For more information please contact Shashank Govardhana ator .Since 1995, iTech Solutions Inc., has been providing IT Consulting and Direct Hire Services to the Insurance, Financial, Communications, Manufacturing and Government sectors with local offices in Connecticut, Minnesota, Colorado, Massachusetts, Tennessee, North Carolina, and New Jersey / Pennsylvania area.
