Machine Operator- 3rd shift

-Have received a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

-Flexible on work schedule including start times and weekend work.

-Exceptional reading, written, and mathematical skills.

-Willing to acquire a wide variety of skills to assist the surrounding team and fully understand the processes.

-Equipment may include Oven systems, Mixer Equipment, and Bagging Machines.

-Maintains and adjusts freezer-retard temperature and sets timer to required setting.

-Monitors the process to ensure continued bakery product process flow through conveyor systems.

work hours: 11 PM - 7:30 AM

education: High School

Preferred experience in food manufacturing setting.

Knowledge of baking processes, equipment, and terminology is desired
