Household Helper

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to assist with household tasks in our busy home. As new parents balancing full-time work, we recognize the importance of maintaining a clean and organized environment while cherishing every moment with our little one. We are looking for someone who can help us manage household chores, including laundry, light cleaning, and meal preparation, allowing us to focus more on our family time.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes.

Assist with light cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and tidying up living spaces.

Help with meal preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and following simple recipes.

Occasionally run errands or perform other household tasks as needed.

Occasional babysitting/supervision of our 1 year old when we are home or away from home.

Requirements:

Previous experience in household assistance or a willingness to learn.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Reliable and punctual with a commitment to scheduled hours.

Respectful of privacy and confidentiality.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school or college student looking for part-time work.

Enthusiastic about helping others and contributing to a positive home environment.

Comfortable with infants and willing to occasionally assist with childcare tasks under supervision.

Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

Hours: Flexible schedule, approximately 4-6 hours per week.

Compensation: $20-25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

The schedule can be negotiated based on availability and mutual agreement.
