Job description
My Three Sons Diner in Brockton is looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to work as a Hostess 15-20 hours a week. Weekends and holidays are REQUIRED with this position.
Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
Provide excellent customer services
Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
Greet customers and present menus
Make suggestions based on their preferences
Take orders at drive-thru window. Serve orders at drive-thru window.
Exceptional telephone skills
Answer phones and take all phone orders
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
Check products for quality
Collect payments
Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
Day shift: Tuesday- Friday 9am-12pm
Weekend Shift: Saturday and Sunday 8am-1:00pm
Holidays required
Work Location: In person
