Hiring Environmental Specialists

We are currently looking to hire qualified environmental specialists! This is an entry-level position, and a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in the environmental industry! In this position you will work in teams in different research and development facilities, and manage their hazardous waste programs. The 3 main aspects of this job are customer service, compliance awareness, and hands on work. If you have a background in customer service, are willing to work a hands on job, and are interested in learning about environmental compliance, then this position is for you!

Job Duties

-Label, classify and segregate different types of hazardous waste

-Perform health and safety audits for clients

-Educate clients on proper hazardous waste disposal

-Have the ability to understand local, state, and federal laws regarding the disposal of waste

Requirements

-Bachelors degree (Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Chemistry preferred) Any Bachelors degree will suffice.

-Ability to pass pre-employment background check/ drug screen

-Willingness to work 40+ hours per week

-Eagerness to advance their career in the environmental industry

-Reliable transportation
