Opened in 2016, this upbeat, healthy eatery has been a staple and a favorite in the Somerville community. With three locations, and more on the horizon, it’s a great time to be a part of this growing business. Work closely with the owner, leadership team, and staff from all over the world.

A taste of the day to day responsibilities as Manager include:

Accountability for the entire restaurant operation when GM is not there

Development of all team members to keep retention rates high and promotions frequent

Acting as the face of hospitality by interacting with guests to deliver exceptional service

Overseeing inventory, supply & scheduling

Helping with employee relations communication (including disciplinary action)

Hiring and interviewing candidates while properly managing recruiting needs

Reviewing and collaborating on people development plans
