Mike's Fitness - Jamaica Plain

We are an independent gym looking for professional, friendly and enthusiastic front desk staff.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service that is friendly and welcoming.

- Greet and check-in members.

- Give tours to prospective members.

- Sell gym memberships and enroll new members.

- Answer phone inquiries.

- Replenish supplies

- Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

- Two years customer service experience in a gym environment.

- Professional, positive and friendly attitude.

- Ability to solve customer issues or concerns.

- Ability to take initiative.
