Burke’s Seafood is a family owned and operated fish market and restaurant located in North Quincy. For 45 years, we have been the area’s trusted source for the freshest, highest quality seafood around. Our kitchen offers fried and baked seafood for dine in or take out. We are seeking a full-time experienced cook to lead our kitchen team. This is an opportunity to work in a close-knit, collaborative environment alongside the owners and an experienced team of longtime employees. There are NO LATE NIGHTS (the latest we are open is 7pm)
5 Day Workweek (we are closed Sunday & Monday)

The right candidate will possess the following skills:
Passion for working with quality seafood and experience with commercial ovens and fryers
Dependability and commitment to a weekly, year-round schedule
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills working with people of different ages and backgrounds
Attention to food safety protocols and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
