JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Baker
Starting Weekly Hours: 32
Requirements:
o Be Kind & Grateful & Honest
o Physically able to lift 75lbs. and stand for majority of the day
o Experience and/or training in culinary arts
o Reside locally & have reliable transportation
o Must be 18 years of age

o Be willing and interested in expanding knowledge as it relates to the position and our company
Potential Job Duties to Include (but not limited to):
o Prepping and finishing baked items. Initial menu to include quiche, frittatas, muffins, tea breads, cookies, scones, pastries. Major of items are to be made from scratch including specialty items such as vegan & gluten-free.
o Developing recipes based on criteria such as ease of preparation/time, shelf life, popularity, etc.
o Assisting with weekly baking plan and eventual management of plans.
o Maintaining a clean and well-stocked kitchen.
o Maintaining inventory levels and informing sourcing specialist as to material needs.
o Developing protocols and procedures for the baking program.
o The current position (32hrs./week). Desired days Wednesday-Sunday.
