If you like the idea of being at the center of our client's strategic business plan, apply to this opportunity through Robert Half Technology for this Project Manager position.Major responsibilities- Joins with Product Owner/Product Manager to provide that the product vision and high-level business objectives are error-free and doable- Encourage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products- Monitors and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner- Plans schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product- Handles deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops- Make certain that the functional requirements are tracked, achievable, and met- Provides the daily stand-ups, providing they are brief, timely, and focused- Works together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively- Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager- Combines info from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into ideas- Indexes and executes the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments- Colludes and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers- Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status- Initiates project planning- Betters to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests- Plans the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards- Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap- Contributes to manage dependencies among cross-product teams Requirements - Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight- Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines - Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is strongly preferred.- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Applicants should have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills- Wide ranging experience with Automation- Solid understanding of GitHub- Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance- Solid understanding of Migration- Database experience- General familiarity with security- Prior experience with configuration management- Previous experience working with Cloud Technologies- Communication experience desired- Experience with R Code- Well-founded grasp of Hiring Processes- Practical knowledge of Troubleshoot- Operations experience required- Good understanding of Python- Strong familiarity with Budget Processes- Foundational knowledge in Deployments- Proven knowledge of About Time- Comprehension of Best Practices- Operating System experience required- Experience with Human Resources (HR) Administration- Experience with Process Improvement- Quality experience with Networking- Earlier work involving Metric Reporting- Skills in Monitoring Tool- Proficiency in Methodology - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues - We need the person we hire to be flexible and focused- Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management - To be considered, you should be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies - You might be a good fit for this position if you have a Project Management (PMP) certification Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
