The particulars of the opportunity are below:Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as the leader, subject matter expert and owner for the design, implementation and facilitation of a robust training program for end users Develop training goals and create and implement strategies to meet those goals Follow the ADDIE model of course development, design, update, edit and produce Workday end user training manuals, job aids, user guides, booklets, guides and eLearning materials Demonstrate technical/functional expertise with Human Resources and Financial related modules in Workday Identify skill gaps as related to the necessary requirements to perform job function, procedures, and end-user data entry in the Workday platformEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree 5 years of related experience 2 years of supervisory experienceSkills Requirements: Demonstrated ability to lead needs analysis and implement adoption strategy plans Demonstrated ability to manager adoption team members Demonstrated strength and experience in adoption within technical applications.
