About the job

This role will report directly to our Production Manager and be responsible for customer service, field measurements, answering phone calls, doing inventory, and a few other back-office tasks.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role in any given week, you can expect to:

- Order and receive inventory orders at our warehouse (must be able to lift 50 pounds)

- Speak to customers on a daily basis regarding updates on their bathroom remodel project

- Enter data into systems to ensure inventory alignment

- Answer Phones as needed

- Deliver or pickup materials from vendors

- Conduct measurements or deliver materials in field

What It Takes To Succeed

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Previous customer service within the remodeling industry preferred, but we’ve had great success with recent graduates and individuals who have worked in retail, hospitality, or other customer facing roles!
