Sales Development Representative - IT Asset Disposition

As a Sales Development Representative at Techno Rescue, you will help Techno Rescue grow within the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry. Leveraging your excellent communication skills, you will cold call and engage with potential clients, build relationships, and contribute to the success of our organization. We will educate you on ITAD services, which includes Secured Data Destruction, Electronics Recycling, Data Center Services, and IT asset purchasing,

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound calling to key decision-makers, introducing Techno Rescue's ITAD services.

You will be provided with a list of contacts to call.

2. Communicate the benefits of responsible IT Asset Management, Security, and Sustainability.

3. Build relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and updates.

4. Collaborate with your team to close leads and opportunities.

5. Express the selling points and competitive advantages of Techno Rescue’s ITAD solutions.

6. Work with the sales team to provide essential information and support in the sales process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of IT Asset Disposition services, data destruction, and electronics recycling ideal, but not required, training will be provided.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Training will be provided.

Compensation:

1. $40K - $50K Base salary

2. Commission from logistics and sales
