Maintenance technician for commercial and residential apartment buildings in Baltimore and Harford County. Responsible for maintenance items requested by tenants and management. Performance of routine maintenance items such as hardware adjustments, painting touch up, light bulbs, ceiling tile, etc.
Assist management in the determination of scope of specialized repair maintenance . Coordinate with management in the assignment of HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs. Perform other duties as assigned.
