Lead Carpenter Wanted

Responsibilities and Skills:

- Excellent communication skills- Able to effectively communicate with both office and client

- Minimum 10 years documented experience as lead carpenter with references. Proficient in all aspects of residential construction, from foundation through finish trim work

- Extremely reliable and responsible, will be responsible for caring for client's property each day of the project

- Able to effectively schedule and monitor sub-contractors on your jobsite

- Able to schedule and pass building inspections as needed

- Proficient in construction management software such (Buildertrend) willing to train)

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including building codes, regulations, and standards

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints

- Experience in project scheduling and coordination to ensure timely completion of tasks

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour with Company truck/Gas

Expected hours: 40+ per week
