Stronghold Floors (Baltimore, Maryland) is seeking motivated, reliable people to install epoxy floor coatings. We work in teams, not alone. Experience in epoxy coatings is NOT required - we will teach you everything you need to know.

Positions is full-time.Hourly wages range from $17 to $21 per hour based upon experience. Increases are based upon skills, experience, longevity and performance.

Our company provides:

paid holidays & vacation (full-time only after a probation period)

paid week of July 4th - our Operations takes a mid-year break

personal protective equipment

training by company personnel

Position requires valid driver's licenses in good standing. Employee must be able to pass a DOT medical examination (but does NOT require CDL).

The nature of these positions requires:

some heavy lifting and working on knees

wearing of dust masks and respirators

wearing knee-pads and use of small hand-grinders

work with epoxies, polyurethanes and polyaspartics

driving box trucks and vans

overnight travel on rare occasions

evening and weekend work on extremely rare occasions
