- They need a developer, not a manager. They saw a lot of managers before. They need someone doing the hands on work
- They do not want anyone new to AEM. Looking for at least 7 years of AEM experience
- If the candidate is relocating, they need to work onsite day 1 of the contract. They can’t ask for multiple weeks to relocate. So please have those conversations with your candidates
- The interview process is going to be tough and technical. Anything on their resume is fair game
