Startup Commissioning Professional Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Startup Commissioning Professional for a contract position in Auburn, ME. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Assist with doing all the initial IQ / OQ checks to ensure that equipment is installed as required and all devices are installed in the proper orientation.
- Assist with checking all mechanical aspects of the equipment (Alignment, torque tests, guards in place, free moving parts).
- Assist with developing and documenting centerlines.
- Assist with developing AM / PM Plans and documentation (Maintenance Plans).
- Assist with developing CIL's.
- Assist with developing re-build instructions for equipment.
- Full understanding of LOTO (Lockout / Tagout) requirements and working around energized equipment, Understanding of production, packaging and conveying systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and/ or engineering degree/experience.
- Job Type I (Level 1) = 0-2 years experience
- Job Type II (Level 2) = 3-5 years experience
- Job Type III (Level 3) = 5-10 years experience
- Job Type IV (Level 4) = 10+ years experience
- Job Type V (Level 5) = 20+ years experience
- Excellent process troubleshooting skills ability to create/deliver training packages.
