Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic Thai dishes consistently to high standards

- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements

- Contribute to menu creation and presentation

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a cook in a Thai restaurant

- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone oven

- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

- Ability to work under pressure and multitask

- Team spirit, with excellent communication and leadership skills
