Performance Flex Serve is an Express Tunnel Car Wash and Oil Change facility located 1 block north of 70th St. and Youree Dr. in southeast Shreveport. Our hours of operation are 8:45am to approximately 5:45pm, Monday thru Saturday.

Seeking applicant for Light-Duty Mechanic, Oil Change Tech, Car Wash Drive-On Area Attendant, and Car Wash Maintenance. Mechanical skills or aptitudes considered a 'plus'.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Interacting with our retail customers

- Explaining our products and services available to our customers

- Servicing vehicle engine bay requirements, conducting carwash vehicle loading procedures and policies, wash equipment general maintenance.

- Adhering to Work and Safety Procedures

Qualifications:

- No prior commercial oil change experience is required. Mechanical aptitude. Employees are given on-the-job training.

- Ability to communicate and consult with customers regarding their needs.

- Provide Customer Service

- Light computer skills required to prepare customer orders

- To a limited degree, Ability to read and understand technical operating, service and repair manuals

- Ability to use engine diagnostic equipment

- Use hand and/or power tools

- Punctual and diligent in adhering to work schedules

- Provide appropriate references
