• Handling low complexity incidents and Service requests, including Industrial network devices.
• Perform basic troubleshooting like ping, DNS lookup, and trace route on Network Devices
• Perform visual checks for hardware failure lights or console error messages, power status and hardware labels wherever.
• Patching cable installation and troubleshooting
• Console into network devices, including routers, switches, gateways, etc.
• Basic Copper Cable troubleshooting
• Install, remove, or swap equipment
• Effectively manage work queue
• Medium complexity Incidents and Service requests
• Perform MACD (move, add, change, delete) activities for end user LAN and voice devices
