HVAC - Certified preferred but not required

Plumbing

Electrical

Appliance - Install & repair

Carpentry

Make-Ready

Pool Care

Daily Grounds Pick-Up

Prefer (1) year maintenance experience, but willing to train if you have the desire to learn.

Must have the ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed. Reliable vehicle is required.

Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm, 24Hr Emergency on call
