Senior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote Senior Business Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities: In this role, the Senior Business Analyst develops team activities, tasks, deliverables, and schedules to ensure proper allocation of BSA resources Identifies and responds to changing organizational priorities to meet business objectives Evaluates work plans and provides technical guidance to ensure milestones are achieved and project tasks are aligned with work products Develops work estimates for the stages of the project life cycle to determine business systems analysis involvement, project costs, and schedules Provides technical guidance and leadership for project teams to enhance performance results and ensure quality project deliverables Creates the Development of Business Systems Analysis Work Products Creates project activities and work progress to ensure optimal performance results and successful completion of projects The Senior Business Analyst creates project related conflicts, risks, and issues to identify root causes, address conflicts, and identify resolutions and to ensure continued progress towards completion of work products Evaluates tools, processes, and metrics to ensure quality work products and adherence to organizational standards and to recommend improvements Interfaces with management team to communicate project status, to recommend opportunities, and to improve work products and processes for the enterprise Educates the organization on the role, processes, and importance of business systems analysis to provide expertise and value and to foster optimal working relationships, collaboration, and effective communication As a Senior Business Analyst, this role researches and recommends enterprise-wide best practices, standards, tools, process improvements, and metrics to ensure consistency, to meet business needs, and to maintain a competitive advantageREQUIREMENTS: Business Analysis experience Life-Cycle management experience Vulnerability/Threat Analysis experience Experience with deployments across environments and segregation of dutiesThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
